Experience one-on-one personalized instruction to achieve your goals with a professional Woodward coach. Progress your skills in Skateboarding, BMX, Scooter, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Parkour. Available for all abilities, ages 3 and up.|

Indoor private lessons are available in 1-hour or 2-hour sessions for Skateboarding, BMX, Scooter, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Parkour. Starting at age 3 and any ability level, receive one-on-one instruction from our coaching staff while experiencing the innovative environments and features of our indoor facility. Learn the basics or ask your Woodward coach to help you learn a specific trick or maneuver. A private lesson gives us the opportunity to customize your experience.

A private lesson can be purchased for a group or family of similar ability levels up to 4 people.

All-day indoor tickets are included with every indoor private lesson so you can warm up before the lesson begins and continue progressing after the lesson!

Program Ability Levels
Beginner: Little to no experience. Working on balance, control, and comfort on equipment.

Advanced beginner: Familiar with basics and working on sport fundamentals to accomplish basic tricks and maneuvers.

Intermediate: Control of body (and equipment) with confidence while performing tricks and maneuvers on most of the basic features. Starting to combine more complex movements to increase trick variety.

Advanced Intermediate: Well-rounded and skilled with tricks on a variety of features. Working on the ability to combine more complex movements on medium-sized features in multiple sport-specific Woodward zones.

Expert: Athlete has a mastery of movements and can perform a full range of tricks/maneuvers in a variety of ways, on all features within any sport-specific Woodward zone. Working on refining complex tricks/maneuvers and competition-level performance.

Our private mountain bike lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your riding journey. Whether you're stepping off pavement for the first time or fine-tuning advanced techniques like jumping and high-speed cornering, this one-on-one coaching experience is built around your goals.

Each session is led by a Woodward coach and offers personalized feedback in real time. You’ll work on fundamentals like body positioning, braking, and line choice—or dive deeper into specialized skills such as jump technique, terrain awareness, and efficient trail flow. Lessons take place across both indoor and outdoor terrain to match your progression and ensure you're challenged, supported, and inspired.

With individualized instruction, you’ll build confidence faster, correct habits earlier, and ride smarter and safer across any terrain.

  • Gear is not included. Riders must have a bike, helmet, and pads. We strongly recommend full-suspension mountain bikes for optimal comfort and control on uneven terrain.
  • Full-face helmets are required for riders under 18 and strongly recommended for all participants.
  • Rental equipment is available in limited quantities—reserve early to ensure availability.
  • Reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-up participation is limited and based on instructor availability.
  • Designed for ages 4 and up who can confidently ride a pedal bike on flat ground.

Learn To Mountain Bike- Members Only

Ready to move beyond the pavement?
If you’re confident on a bike but new to dirt, trail features, or lift accessed terrain, this 2-hour group lesson is your perfect entry point.  Our mountain bike coaches will help you learn the skills, build your confidence, and discover what mountain biking is about.|

Available Lesson Times:
Saturdays & Sundays: 10 AM and 1 PM
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 1 PM

Our Learn to Mountain Biking Group Lesson is designed for riders who are confident pedaling on smooth, flat surfaces and ready to learn how to ride on natural terrain and purpose-built mountain bike trails. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to build confidence on your first trail rides, this lesson lays the groundwork for safe, fun progression.

Led by our experienced coaches, this 2-hour session introduces essential mountain biking techniques and trail etiquette. You'll start in our custom designed Start Park, a controlled learning environment featuring:

  • Loose and uneven dirt surfaces
  • Gentle rollers and grade changes
  • Small, banked turns
  • Features that simulate real trail riding

Your coach will cover the key fundamentals of mountain biking, including body position, braking and speed control, cornering technique, and how to approach basic trail features.

As riders gain confidence and control, the group may ride the chairlift to access our Green-level (beginner) trails, always under the supervision of a coach.
