Intro to Skateboarding

Join our introductory skate program offered on Thursdays 5-6PM, for ages 6-12, and start learning the fundamentals of skateboarding over four consecutive weeks. In this skate program participants will learn proper stance, pushing techniques, and basic maneuvers. Riders will practice foundational maneuvers like kick turns, fakie riding, and pumping rollers, building their confidence and excitement for progression. Winter Program Schedule Session 1: January 7 - January 28, 2027Session 2: February 4 - March 4, 2027Session 3: March 11 - April 1, 2027   Participants must bring their skateboard. The program includes access to all skateparks, excluding the mega ramp.
